Free Nokia Ovi Maps Application Surpasses 1.4 million Downloads
Mobile Crunch: Nokia freed up Ovi Maps with Navigation to better compete with the likes of Google.
"On January 21st Nokia announced that its Ovi Maps with Navigation would be free for anyone with a supported handset. Since then, there have been over 1.4 million downloads of the application, with the 1 millionth download passed in the first week, that's about 1 install every second."
