RIM Brings In-App Purchases to BlackBerry
Mobile Burn: Gives developers a way create profitable apps and users the chance to purchase products or services from within the application itself.
"Using their BlackBerry ID and password, the same information required to purchase applications from the BlackBerry App World, not only can users purchase goods, such as music and e-books, from within applications, but some free apps will even offer in-app payments to remove the advertisements that support them. Once logged on via BlackBerry ID, users have a 20-minute grace period before having to re-enter their information."
