HTC Has Two Windows Phone 7 Handsets in the Works
Brighthand: Ignite and the Prime may be the sixth and seventh Windows Phone 7 handsets from HTC.
"The specs of the HTC Ignite include an 800 MHz processor, a 3.7-inch resistive touchscreen, 512 MB of RAM, and a five-megapixel camera, according to the Chinese site XDA.cn."
"Therein lies the problem with this news, though: Microsoft has a very stringent list of hardware requirements for the phones that run its Windows Phone 7 operating system, and the Ignite doesn't meet them. Microsoft mandates that Windows Phone 7 handsets cannot have resistive touchscreens and must have a minimum 1 GHz processor."
