Intel Working on Processor for Honeycomb Tablets
Mobile Burn: Expect to find Intel chips in Android-run tablets later this year.
"During Intel's first-quarter financial results call, CEO Paul Otellini let loose that the processor manufacturer is hard at work porting Android 3.0 Honeycomb to its x86 processor family and that he expects Intel-based tablets this year . Currently, Android works on ARM-based systems, which are incompatible with the chips Intel produces."
