iPhone Location-Gate Triggers Lawsuit
Mobile Burn: Apple's current privacy-centric public relations debacle isn't about to end anytime soon, apparently.
"It doesn't look like Apple's current privacy-centric PR debacle is going to end anytime soon as the first civil lawsuits have been brought against the company for the storing of location data on 3G connected iPads and iPhone, as well as in iTunes. Two users in Tampa, Florida have sued Apple for alleged privacy invasion and computer fraud, according to court filings. The demands of the plaintiffs were not disclosed in the filing."
