Mark/Space Updates The Missing Sync for BlackBerry
For almost two years Mark/Space has played matchmaker between Mac computers and BlackBerry smartphones with its The Missing Sync solution. It recently updated this application to version 2.0.
As with the original edition of The Missing Sync, 2.0 enables BlackBerry users to align their smartphones with their Macs, by allowing them to easily sync contacts, calendars, memos, notes and even video.
Sigficanlty, the new edition adds Bluetooth support for automatic wireless proximity syncing. It also improves synchronization with iTunes and archiving of text messages and call logs.
The full price of The Missing Sync 2.0 is $39.95, but you can upgrade for $29.95. If you bought version 1.0.3 between November 1, 2008 and February 9, 2009 you qualify for a free upgrade.
The Missing Sync is also available for Palm OS and Windows Mobile devices. It is known for delivering a level of compatibility between handhelds and Macs not delivered by mobile device and desktop platforms or the device vendors themselves.
