Bettering Your Mobile MySpace
The popular social networking site MySpace is teaming up to improve mobile performance. The company is developing wireless applications for Nokia S60 smartphones and the much-anticipated Palm Pre. Redesigning MySpace for mobile devices should improve its usability. It will also mean many of the new elements from the main site's update will function on smartphones.
Meanwhile, MySpace should already be easier to use and faster when accessed from its mobile-specific site (http://m.myspace.com) rather than the www address. From your handheld, you can access text alerts, photo uploads, and video viewing. Of course, you can also do basic things like update your mood and status, browse photos and check out what your friends are up to.
