Tip: BlackBerry: How to Search Your RIM Smartphone
Can't find something you know you read on your BlackBerry? Not sure which day that appointment with the important client is? Use your BlackBerry's built-in Search feature to find what's missing.
You'll find Search in the Applications folder. Open it and you'll be prompted to enter text or, more specifically, a name.
Then tell the handheld where to look: scroll down through messages, calendar, contacts, memo pad, BlackBerry Messenger or Tasks tapping the space bar to select any or all of them.
Then, from the BlackBerry menu select Search andviola!you'll get back an organized list showing how many times the name or text appears in each of the different categories you searched.
Click on a category for a list and then on an entry for complete details.
